Trust & Safety
Trust and safety are important parts of how AISellr is being built. We want homeowners to feel comfortable submitting requests, and we want service providers to have access to real, relevant opportunities. This page explains the basic principles we use to protect platform quality, reduce abuse, and improve trust for everyone using AISellr.
Lead quality and validity
AISellr is designed to help service providers view leads that are timely and relevant. We want lead access to make sense for businesses, while also protecting homeowner information.
- Leads expire after 48 hours and are no longer shown as active after expiration
- Full homeowner contact details are unlocked only after a successful lead purchase
- Lead history and related activity may be reviewed by administrators for quality control
- Access to lead details is structured to reduce unnecessary exposure of personal information
Fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity
AISellr may monitor for suspicious activity in order to protect the platform and reduce abuse. This can include fake requests, spam behavior, repeated misuse, or attempts to bypass normal platform flow.
- Accounts involved in spam, fraud, harassment, or deceptive behavior may be limited or removed
- Repeated fake requests or low-quality submissions may result in restrictions
- Suspicious lead activity may be reviewed manually
- Platform rules may be enforced to protect both homeowners and service providers
Privacy and contact details
Homeowner contact information is handled carefully. In general, providers do not receive full contact details until a lead is successfully purchased. This approach helps balance privacy for homeowners with meaningful access for providers.
Reporting a problem
If you notice a technical issue, suspicious activity, or anything that appears incorrect on the platform, please report it.
When possible, include a short description of the problem, the page URL, and a screenshot. This helps us review the issue faster and improve the platform more efficiently.
Ongoing improvement
AISellr is still evolving. Trust and safety measures will continue to improve as the platform grows, including better validation, stronger anti-abuse controls, and additional tools to help maintain platform quality.
